1. Purchase Terms
Poweraware AB's terms and conditions ("purchase terms") apply to purchases in e-commerce in Sweden unless otherwise stated. The products are only intended for use by individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or profession (each "consumer") and purchases in our e-commerce confirm that the products will be used by a consumer and not by a company or an organization. No terms of this Agreement are intended to limit the consumer's statutory rights.
The marketing and sale of products or services on the Website at any given time does not mean that such products or services will always be available. Poweraware reserves the right to suspend the sale of products at any time.
Poweraware reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale from time to time without notice to you; however, Poweraware may not make such changes after an order has been placed.
For purchases in stores, the buyer's or dealer's purchase conditions apply.
2. ORDERS, DELIVERIES, PRICES AND DELIVERY FEES
You place your order via our e-commerce. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
Please note that for a secure delivery of an order, you must enter the correct delivery address and contact information. Poweraware is not responsible for any costs if you provide Poweraware with an incorrect address, incorrect contact information or an address where you can not be reached.
An order cannot be redirected once it has been sent. All orders are sent from Sweden and with free shipping.
Poweraware strives to deliver your order with your chosen delivery option. Unfortunately, Poweraware cannot deliver to specific countries or regions, in which case you will be informed either when you place an order or after it has been added.
Poweraware's goal is to send your order as soon as possible, and usually the delivery takes place within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation of the order. Although Poweraware aims to deliver within this time frame, delivery may take longer. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
When your order is ready to be sent from our warehouse in Sweden, we will send out delivery information to your e-mail. For international transport, such an email will also include the delivery company name and a tracking ID.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact the delivery company's customer support with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact Powerware's customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The prices shown on the website include statutory VAT (taxes) for sales within the EU.
For orders outside the EU, Poweraware does not charge any VAT, GST or similar taxes on the products ("fees"), and Poweraware can therefore not specify what your total price will be (including such fees). You as a customer are responsible for paying all fees related to the products you import. We recommend that you contact local customs for information on such fees before placing an order. Unfortunately, if you refuse to pay such fees, you will not receive the products.
For returned products (eg due to incorrect address or contact information or failed delivery due to the delivery company not being able to reach you) an administrative fee will be charged: Within EU-30 € (30 euros) and outside EU-USD forty ( $ 40), but does not exceed the total order value. The order for returned products will be automatically canceled and you will get back the difference between the amount paid and the administrative cost.
The cost of each delivery method is clearly stated at checkout. If Poweraware is unable to deliver your order in full and has to make more than one delivery, we will not charge any additional costs for subsequent deliveries.
If for any reason Poweraware is unable to complete your order, you will be notified as soon as possible. Poweraware attempts to refund the amount paid using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are required, a Poweraware representative will contact you to resolve the refund.
3. RETURN OF PRODUCT
You have the right to return your order as below within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date you received the products. When ordering several products that are delivered separately, the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from receipt of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail or letter of your decision to cancel an order. You can use the model form below, but the right of withdrawal can also be exercised in other ways.
To meet the deadline for the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send a notice that you exercise the right of withdrawal before the specified time expires.
EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
When you return products, the products should be returned to Poweraware with original packaging, labels or tags, inserts, accessories, etc. to the address provided by our customer service, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you announce you want to return the product to Poweraware. The deadline is met if you return the products before your 14 days have expired. You are responsible for the products you return to Poweraware and you must bear the direct costs of returning the products.
Poweraware will refund the full amount of a returned order under the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs (excluding (i) any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us and (ii) what is stated below related to reduced value of returned products) within 14 days of receiving products from Poweraware. Poweraware will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the original payment unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for the reduced value of the products derived from the management than is necessary to determine the product's nature, property and function. This means that the products should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, replaced or worn (apart from testing the product) and that labels or labels should remain.
The right of withdrawal is regulated in the Contracts and Contracts Act (2005: 59). Please note that this right only applies to consumers.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If there is damage to a product or its packaging when it is delivered to you, you should notify Poweraware immediately upon receipt of the product. Please include information about damage that has occurred, and if possible, take pictures of the product or any packing damage.
At the request of Poweraware, you must send the product to Poweraware together with the supplier of the company's original packaging, product packaging, labels, articles, accessories, etc. to the address provided by our customer service without undue delay. Poweraware helps you arrange return delivery of such products. Poweraware cannot reimburse or compensate you for costs if you arrange your own courier / postal service.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your products with the methods stated on the website at the time of your purchase.
FOR CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS
You can enter your payment details when you place an order with a valid credit or debit card (accepted by Poweraware when paying). Poweraware reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address information is correct. Poweraware may refuse orders depending on the results of these checks.
Please note that Poweraware does not accept cash or value checks.
6. POWERAWARE'S RESPONSIBILITY
If Poweraware violates these Terms of Purchase, Poweraware shall only be liable for any loss that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
Poweraware is not responsible for indirect losses or damages. In addition, Poweraware is not responsible for any losses resulting from an event beyond Poweraware's control, including floods, storms, riots, strikes or the like.
Subject to your rights as a consumer, Poweraware's maximum liability to you is limited to the total price of your order.
7. WEB CONTENT
Poweraware cannot guarantee that the content of the website is error-free or without typographical errors, nor can Poweraware guarantee that all information is relevant. Although Poweraware aims to display accurate content such as text, images and pricing on the Website, errors may occur. Poweraware may change the content of the website at any time and reserves the right to cancel an order before delivery if we find that the price is incorrect. In such cases, Poweraware will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to place a new order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If Poweraware cannot contact you, your order will be canceled automatically.
8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unless an extended warranty period is specified in applicable laws and regulations, Poweraware provides a 1-year factory warranty on all goods unless otherwise stated. The guarantee means that we replace or repair broken products within one year unless the consumer has handled or misused the product incorrectly.
If you want to return a broken product, contact our customer service via email or phone for detailed return information. Poweraware is responsible for your return fee in warranty matters by sending out a shipping note. Poweraware does not reimburse shipping costs incurred if you do not use either of these two shipping options. If your product is in a visibly damaged condition, Poweraware reserves the right to refuse a receipt.
If you have a complaint regarding material or manufacturing defects in products that Poweraware has delivered, including damage that has occurred during delivery, please notify Poweraware Customer Service by emailing email@example.com.
Powerware reserves the right to transfer the claim that Powerware has as a result of your order.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RULES
These conditions are governed by Swedish law and any dispute must be decided in a Swedish general court.

Klarna's payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for payment within 14 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay part of his purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here
Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
